Reproducable by the following commands:
~ > mkdir tartest
~ > cd tartest
~/tartest > touch foo.bar
~/tartest > tar c --newer-mtime=2006-01-01 *
tar: foo.bar: file is unchanged; not dumped
~/tartest >
This did not happen in the previouse version of tar for Debian Unstable.
If it's supposed to be this way, which I consider broken, how do I
silence it without using "> /dev/null"?
The same happens when using "--newer" parameter.

of tar, now in unstable.
