I fail to recognize this as a bug: The Dbus config file permits either
wheel or netdev groups, and I see no issue in only one of them being
used by default on Debian systems.

Please if you think I am missing something, elaborate on *how* you see
this being a bug.

Closing as a non-bug (but bugreport is still open for discussion).
