CSV. Downgrading to version 1:4.13-1 works fine with same book and same
CSV file. So I guess this is a regression on the new 5+ version?

I run `gnucash --debug` and got no more information than that. Please
let me know if you want me to run other command to find out more.
If required I could try to come up with a simple book and CSV to
reproduce this since I cannot share the ones I'm using due to sensitive
information.
