Now that the handling of /var/spool/cron/crontabs/
has been factored-out in cron-daemon-common,
the direct dependecy on adduser can be removed.
The duplicated code in postinst trimmed.
There has been previously CVE-2017-9525 security problem
over this piece of code, so it's better to only
keep one - well maintained - copy in Debian.
