package: chkrootkit
version: 0.57-2
severity: normal
tags: unreproducible

According to https://ci.debian.net/packages/c/chkrootkit/
the tests fail on riscv64 - but passes on all debian architectures,

Another bug that wont be fixed before bookworm, but should be
investigated a little further (this is mainly a reminder to myself to
recheck)

See here:
https://ci.debian.net/data/autopkgtest/unstable/riscv64/c/chkrootkit/32562909/log.gz

PASS: Testing: cron-with-diff-mode-03-full-after-update (chkrootkit-daily)
FAIL: cron-with-diff-mode-04-full-no-ionice

I dont see why the second one failed while the first passed.

The only difference is a stray '+d' apparently at the end of log.today
- but unless i am misreading, _not_ in the output of chkrootkit so i
dont see what the issue is.

....but perhaps the tests need to include a 'cat log.today' as well to
help debug failures here.

As of 0.58b-1 the riscv64 build passes, so closing this bug - seems to
be unrelated to this package
