Hi Michael,

unbound 1.19.0 includes a small patch of mine aimed at allowing people
stuck behind IPv4-only ISPs to still deploy monostack-IPv6 (using v6
tunneling and NAT64) without getting hit by the downsides of tunneled
IPv6 internet access.

I'd appreciate it if you could package it :)

Several more bugs has been fixed by the upload of unbound version 1.19.1-1,
and I forgot to mention all of them in d/changelog.
