I've raised a merge request [1] to exclude networks with the
ceph-cluster role when compiling the list of IPs which the SSH daemon
listens on.
This feels like a sensible security enhancement since AFAIK there is
always a 'management' network so there's no reason to want/need to use
SSH over a ceph-cluster network.
