Package: yaws

While looking at fixing #353189 I noticed that the yaws package does not
remove log files when the package is purged, in violation of policy
10.8, last paragraph. This should be easy to do, by adding a postrm
script that does "rm -rf /var/log/yaws" when the package is purged (but
not when it is merely removed).
