ethtool has been declared as "Architecture: linux-any" since 1:5.8-1
(see https://bugs.debian.org/961965), which predates oldstable.  It's
still a problem in oldoldstable, but I'm not sure Packages-arch-specific
systematically cares about that.  Can we just remove it?

This is not an issue as we do not have non-linux architectures in
(old)(old)stable branches.
