I was trying to record whole 1024x768 screen with 25fps. After recording few
seconds istanbul have taken-up all my memory (I had approximatly 760MB of free
memory) and it was killed by kernel
In dmesg I have:
"Out of Memory: Killed process 2830 (istanbul)."
I guess that there is some memory leak in this program.
Is there anyone who recorded something longer that few seconds with this
program?
