Package: libcurl4

when trying to install libcurl4 (to acquire the symbolic object for
libcurl), the package removes a bunch of packages including curl, and other
system packages that might not be related to libcurl.
i am using debian trixie/sid.

Both of these bug reports are false-positives caused by some weirdness in the
reporters' environment.
