When I start xaralx, it takes a while to start, which is fine, however,
during that time, I can't view other applications because the splash
screen covers them and stays on top even though I activate other apps. I
think it would be better if the splash screen behaved the same way as
the openoffice 2 splash screen. I don't have gnome setup to be able to
move windows around using Alt+Mouse, so this is really annoying. Please
forward this upstream if appropriate.
