The systemd user service file which was previously placed in
/usr/lib/systemd/user/waybar.service is missing from the package in
version 0.10.4-1. This causes waybar not to start anymore if using a
systemd user session to start it.
The service file template is still present in the upstream sources. So
this is likely a packaging bug somewhere.
