It's already available in Experimental. Note that the binary packages now have
"-0.18" in their names as upstream now supports multiple versions.
https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/wlroots shows that too and
https://release.debian.org/transitions/html/auto-wlroots.html shows there's
'even' a transition tracker for it.
But I assume you('d) know all this, so what am I missing?
