rust-unicode-width is blocked from migrating to testing by
autopkgtest failures in rust-tui. rust-tui is abandoned
upstream and we intend to get rid of it (see bugs
1080293 and 1080400). Upstream states that
ratatui is an actively maintained fork.

All the reverse dependencies of rust-tui in Debian
sid have moved to rust-ratatui, however two of
them, rust-ansi-to-tui and rust-kmon are blocked
from migrating to testing behind rust-ratatui, which
in turn is blocked behind the new version of
unicode-width.

I would therefore like to request the release team
set two hints.

1. A hint allowing rust-unicode-width to migrate
despite the autopkgtest failure in rust-tui.
2. A removal hint for rust-tui.
