please package spirv-llvm-translator-19. llvm-toolchain-19 is available in experimental, and is supposed to become the default LLVM version for the next Debian release.

spirv-llvm-translator-19 (19.~~+git20240826-1) unstable; urgency=medium

  * New upstream snapshot. (Closes: #1079854)
