I'm running sid (with e.g. android-libbase 1:34.0.4-1). Downgrading
the various android packages to testing (android-libbase 1:33.0.3-2)
made dexdump work again. Downgrading to bookworm (android-libbase
1:29.0.6-28) also works.

Thanks for the reporting!
Such error might occur when src:android-platform-tools upgrades to a
new version and src:android-platform-art has not been upgraded yet.
This usually will happen in short period of time when transition in
sid/unstable, but will not happen in testing/stable.
Currently there's no such issue, so closing this ticket.
