Pydantic >= 2.9.0 has a test dependency on jsonschema >= 4.23.0. I'll
try to patch this out somehow to unblock the upgrade, but could you
please upgrade the Debian package so we don't have to keep such a patch
around?

Hi,
OpenStack Dalmatian (the version for Trixie) is tested with 4.19.2 in
upstream gate, and that's what I used for validating Debian packages, so
I prefer to keep that version until Trixie is out.
