v0.1.13 arguably broke its own API, as discussed here:
https://github.com/unicode-rs/unicode-width/issues/55
The change causes panic in git-delta.
The API breakage has been reverted in v0.1.14.
Please update to v0.1.14 (and be cautious about later upgrade to v0.2
as that reintroduces the seemingly minor but important change, so
require close attention for all consuming crates - not the loose
patching that we (or at least I) commonly apply.
