Package: dnsmasq

Severity: important
Dear Maintainer,
I removed the file README from /etc/dnsmasq.d/ and dnsmasq did not start
anymore.
Moving the file back there, or creating a new (even empty) file resolves the
issue.
Should a file with instructions (not configs) really prevent a service from
starting?
I believe it should not.
