Control: retitle -3 adequate: check init scripts for invalid users/groups

dbus files, systemd units and init scripts can reference users or
groups. Sometimes those don't exist on the system, which breaks some
feature of some programs. An example of this is thermald #864502, where
using the 'power' group instead of the 'powerdev' group breaks the
ThermalMonitor GUI program that uses the thermald dbus interface.
