tworld fails to cross build from source, because it uses the build
architecture compiler. Normally, this is due to a missing --host flag,
but here dh_auto_configure is being used and the flag passed. The
configure script is too old to understand it. Rather it needs a CC
exported in the environment to cross build. Please consider applying the
attached patch.
