Package: kernel-patch-tekram-dc3x5
Version: 1.38-1
Severity: normal

After I compiled the driver with my kernel I got the following message
during bootup when lvm's vgscan was called from init.d scripts (it's called
earlier from initrd without any error):

Unable to handle kernel NULL pointer dereference at virtual address 00000000
 printing eip:

Code: Bad EIP value.

However the system was able to boot cleanly.

Another warrying symptom might be that fdisk hanged when I tried to list
a partition table and I was unable to kill it.
