/etc/cron.weekly/apcd runs '/etc/init.d/apcd reload' which writes
'Reopening apcd logfiles' and that is sent to the root account each week.
A solution could be to send the output to /dev/null in /etc/cron.weekly/apcd
like this:
/etc/init.d/apcd reload > /dev/null
