We are preparing to transition to dpdk 24.11 LTS. Collectd requires a
small patch in order to build:

Please consider applying it immediately, as it is backward compatible
with the current version, so that it's easier to do the transition and
it won't require an NMU. But I am happy to NMU if you are short on
time.
