This means the following values need to be pushed to .builddrc (and passed to sbuild via the command line): $arch -> is already be set by buildd if an arch is mentioned anywhere $mailto -> usually supplied by buildd $mailfrom -> need to be added to command line and set by buildd $maintainer_name -> can already be set by command line but not by buildd $purge_build_directory -> default is sane, so no worries $sbuild_mode -> should be statically set by buildd to "buildd" %individual_stalled_pkg_timeout -> not in use usually, but should also be able to be set by buildd, i.e. command line interface missing (best via wanna-build, but that part would be for me) So the both values we really need for now are mailfrom and maintainer_name via .builddrc, and sbuild_mode statically.
