Severity: important
Ubuntu's autopkgtest schroots (for example) do not have lintian
installed by default. This makes the autopkgtests fail because the
lintian binary is not found. Here is the log from the amd64 autopkgtest:
https://objectstorage.prodstack4-5.canonical.com/v1/AUTH_77e2ada1e7a84929a74ba3b87153c0ac/autopkgtest-bionic/bionic/amd64/s/sbuild/20180317_191912_dacda@/log.gz
Adding lintian to the dependencies in debian/tests/control fixes this.
Please fix this in the Debian packaging.

Let's assume so.
