Package: sbuild
Version: 0.60.8-1
Severity: minor

The $path I set in sbuild.conf is not passed down to dpkg-buildpackage unless I also whitelist PATH in $environment_filter. This is quite surprising behavior. I would expect that variables explicitly set in sbuild.conf are not subject to further filtering.
