The mips64el build for gcc-riscv64-unknown-elf crashes in the link phase for
the compiler. I've removed that arch from the package, but the result fails to
promote to testing because that arch still exists in testing.

Package: gcc-riscv64-unknown-elf
Version: 14.2.0-8+16

It looks like adding -mxgot to the mips64el build flags (as suggested by
Nicolas Schodet) has resolve the build issue on that arch, letting me
reset this package to Architecture: Any. That means there's no need to
remove this package from the mips64el arch. I'm assuming this will
unblock migration to testing, at least once gcc-14 14.2.0-9 manages to
migrate.
