Listadmin was a great tool, but the Mailman 2→3 transition was basically a
rewrite, and it is no longer possible to use listadmin for this task.
Jonathan McDowell wrote a listadmin replacement¹, but it is not yet packaged for
Debian. Also, I understand it does not work reliably enough (maybe because it's
based on web scraping? I was unable to get it to work myself, so maybe Mailman's
I18N does no allow it to work?), so I cannot propose it as an alternative.

Given listadmin's last two uploads were by Andreas Tille and myself (and mine is
from 2018), I asked Andreas for his opinion. He agrees that most probably a RoQA
removal is the best course of action for this package.
