Timestamps are embedded in the info pages shipped in automake1.11:

https://tests.reproducible-builds.org/debian/rb-pkg/bullseye/amd64/diffoscope-results/automake1.11.html

  ./usr/share/info/automake-1.11.info-1.gz

  ...6,·18·July·2022)
  vs.
  ...6,·16·June·2021)

The attached patches fix this by removing the UPDATED parts from
doc/automake.texi.

With this patch applied (and another coming soon), automake1.11 should
become reproducible on the tests.reproducible-builds.org infrastructure.

Thanks for maintaining automake1.11!
