section "Installation and upgrade of services" still reference
/etc/sv as directory for services while it's mainly for local
copies of services; /usr/share/runit/sv.current should be mentioned.
the part about "overwriting the local copy", "automatically copy a
service into /etc/sv/ " and "not automatically replaced (during upgrade)
by new versions" are obsolete

should use the name of the service without the
/etc/sv path (update-service will pick the right path
