w3-dtd-mathml came up on BOTD today.
It's not been in testing since 2022-02-05 (#994795)
so it's not in bookworm,
and all real users have since migrated to w3c-sgml-lib.
It's been preventing the migration of
khronos-opengl-man4 #1087751
khronos-opencl-man #1087752
for as long. Neither of those packages actually use w3-dtd-mathml,
so those bugs (and MRs) just remove it from the build-dep list.
AFAICT w3c-sgml-lib is a superset of w3-dtd-mathml,
and has been in every release.
