Hello,

clamz uses AM_PATH_LIBGCRYPT but does not use dh_autoreconf. This breaks
against libgcrypt 1.11 which does not ship libgcrypt-config (used by the
old included version of AM_PATH_LIBGCRYPT) anymore.

A development snapshot of the yet-unreleased libgcrypt 1.11 is available
in experimental.
