python3-qtconsole is dropping its dependency on the Python Qt5
libraries, as it is a widget, not an application, and works with
PyQt5, PyQt6 and PySide 6. See

python3-pymca5 will therefore need to add python3-pyqt5.qtsvg to its
runtime Depends.
python3-qtconsole version 5.6.1-3 in experimental has made this change
(dropping PyQt5 dependencies), and can be used to test your changes.
I plan to upload this new python3-qtconsole to unstable in about four
weeks (or sooner if possible), so I can do an NMU if that would help.
Further down the line, there is now guidance in the README.Debian.gz
file in python3-qtconsole on how to set up dependencies for PyQt6 and
PySide 6.
