now that slapd switch to cn=config for configuration, schema shouldn't
be added by adding an include to slapd.conf but by importing the
corresponding ldif. README.ldap talks about that:

objects. This is the same schema definition as in authldap.schema,
except in the ldif format.

But no authldap.ldif is provided, only the authldap.schema. It'd be nice
to ship it inside the package as apparently it should be there.
