gnome-shell-extension-apps-menu is still available in Debian trixie.

However, it is no longer installed by default like it was in Debian 12
(bookworm). In bookworm, it was provided in gnome-shell-extensions but
those extensions are now provided as separate binary packages.

I am closing this bug because it appears to be a misunderstanding.
