Dear Maintainer,
When doing a fresh installation of Hitch, the hitch.service file
has type=simple, vs the default configuration file in the package sets
"daemon=on".
This leads to hitch forking on "systemctl start hitch", which systemd
(assumed) does not expect. It appears Hitch start up and then dies
without any trace in journalctl.
