Dear Maintainer,
It's not conveninent to be bearer of bad news,
but the legacy dependency from dh-python -> python3-setuptools
will be removed some day.
So, as of today, your package did build by luck;
but it won't build anymore when the dh-python
in experimental will be uploaded in unstable.
patroni does uses an old-style "setup.py"
which import setuptools module.
