libck-dev cannot practically be coinstalled with itself, because its
dependency libck0t64 does not support that. However, it still declares
that capability and in principle that allows concurrent unpacks. Such
unpacks fail with an error from dpkg. Instead of letting such an error
proceed, please drop the "Multi-Arch: same" that is not adding any
value. I'm lowering the severity below RC, because experiencing this
file conflict is quite unusual.
