brickos cannot satisfy its cross build dependencies, because it requests
binutils for both the build architecture (via build-essential) and the
host architecture (via binutils-h8300-hms). A host architecture

it is a good target for fixing the conflict. Since this package always
is a cross binutils with a fully specified target, using Multi-Arch:
