alpine currently Depends: mlock, but mlock is built from src:uw-imap
which has no upstream and is more or less unmaintained in Debian.
As alpine already has its own copy of mlock, please use that instead
of depending on the one from uw-imap.
This will aid in removing uw-imap, hopefully for trixie.
