Package: uuid-runtime
Version: 2.41-3
Severity: normal

Hey.

It seems /var/lib/libuuid used to contain the directory
   /var/lib/libuuid
but no longer does so.

However, on upgrade the directory fails to be cleaned up:
Unpacking uuid-runtime (2.41-3) over (2.40.4-5) ...
dpkg: warning: unable to delete old directory '/var/lib/libuuid': Directory not
empty

with these files not having been created manually by me:

# ls -al /var/lib/libuuid
total 4
drwxrwsr-x 1 uuidd uuidd 46 Oct 14 00:22 .
drwxr-xr-x 1 root root 1230 Mar 29 02:22 ..
-rw-rw---- 1 uuidd uuidd 75 Nov 22 00:53 clock.txt
-rw-rw---- 1 uuidd uuidd 0 Oct 14 00:22 clock-cont.txt

Could you please properly clean up files/dirs in a future upgrade to the
package?

Thansk,
Chris.

Hey.

Just saw that you merely moved that into sysusers.d.

Thus closing.

Cheers,
Chris.
