Package: procps
Version: 2:4.0.2-3
Severity: normal

After upgrading the package from 2:3.3.17-5 to 2:4.0.2-3, the manual screen
update function in 'top' no longer works properly.

Launching 'top', then pressing Space a few times to force screen update
results in it briefly showing:

a) all processes using 0% CPU;
b) one process using 100% CPU;
c) one process using 200% CPU, another one using 100% CPU;
alternating between those

The actual situation is that there are 4 processes using around 30-50% each
constantly. Downgrading the package to 2:3.3.17-5 restores the correct
display of their CPU use even on manual updates.
