The watch(1) man page could give suggestions for dealing with more
than the first screen. Say one did watch pstree -a. well, some things
that could be done are having watch be like a less(1) window where we
could adjust what we were watching to various heights in the output...
or maybe just give an example of where one uses sed to chop off the
first page on each run, etc.
