I would like to salvage the medicalterms package to fix the following bug:

This has been open for a while without response, and I would like to see it
fixed for the Trixie release.
I also plan to make myself and Soren Stoutner the package uploaders, add
compatibility for BDIC dictionaries and update the standards-version from 4.6.2.
