Dear Maintainer,
when I run 'apt-get update' right after the connection to LAN/WLAN is
established, apt wrongly reports time period that it took to fetch repositories
updates.
This does not occur when I run the same command a while after internet
connection is available.
today, the apt reported this, after fetching the repositories in matter of
seconds.

The problem occurs shortly after connection to internet is established.
Also the apt's logs look _very_ similar to those from
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=679419.
Therefore I will assume that the root cause and the fix for the problem
is the same in both tickets.
Therefore I'm closing this ticket as fixed with commit
https://salsa.debian.org/apt-team/apt/-/commit/79b61ae7673eb6213493e2cb202f0d70c390932d
in apt 1.7.0~alpha1.
