git-debpush uses a read(1) rune that, apparently, causes it to read
just a single character, and not expect the user to hit return.
This greatly surprised me the first time it happened to me. Indeed
when I ran it again later my fingers automatically typed the return
even though my forebrain already knew it was superfluous.
Command line programs that don't put the terminal into raw mode and
take over the full screen (or at least, do custom line-editing) always
expect a newline at the end of prompts. For example, rm, ssh, and lvm
all behave this way. git-debpush should too.
It should read a whole line and accept "y" and "yes" (and maybe
capitalised versions).
