The (again) systemd does not permit a good installation of mlm cos
package does not have (yet) defined at postinst step a list.. so
package will fail to install (check the error that said "Missing
LISTS setting") becouse the webmlmrc file does not have yet defined
that cos obviously doe snot are none mail list made at postinst step
In old days of sysvinit the package have a "default" file at
/etc/defaults that said does not run yet the daemon and of course does
not faill with init scripts
