Dear Maintainer,

After seeing that the package is about to be removed (#1069485) and
hasn't been upgraded for a while I considered to salvage it.

I also have requested to #1070356 to be opened from an issue on
ydotool's github as bugs that are quite old are still being reported.
>From what I've seen since the latest releases it removed quite some
dependencies and improved the code a bit. I want to keep it as close as
possible to HEAD. Let me know if it's preferable to co-maintain.

Best Regards,
